This is the main floor of the castle. This is where the entrance of the castle doors are located along with the Entrance Hall and the Great Hall. Just take a couple feet to the left and walk up the stairs to reach the first floor.

This is the first floor. Watch where you walk. No magic allowed in the corridors and the first floor is one of two floors that the caretaker really doesn't allow any messing around whatsoever. You'll find your classrooms on the right of the corridor and the bathroom on the left.

This is the second floor of the castle. If you're seeking for the boys' bathroom go up to the upstairs bathrooms. This floor's bathroom has been closed due to last year's constant flooding and still working the kinks and pipes. Though the water leaking through the roof of the first floor was solved. Classroom on the left. Hospital Wing straight ahead.

Welcome to the third floor. On this floor you'll seek your way to the Charms and DADA classroom and stumble near the trophy room. Caution: Peeves has been lurking the corridor lately. Keep next to the walls if you will. He's got dung bombs. Also if you could please keep away from a trap door on the floor. It leads to miles below the school and we'd prefer not to fetch you out.

Welcome to the fourth floor. In these hallways you'll be led to the Muggle Studies classroom is located. If you get a glimpse of a pig running in and out of the classroom with a wooden leg riding along, you may be a witness of a gone-wrong desk-to-pig transfiguration that ran away. Return it to the First Floor Transfiguration room if you will. Library down the hall.

Welcome to the fifth floor corridor. Down these hallways you can find the prefects bathroom. Also those of you taking Dueling Magic, it's now located here instead of the second floor. Located down the hall and on the right. Tap your wand twice and blow on it to open the door.

Welcome to the sixth floor of the castle. In this corridor you'll find some empty classrooms and the bathrooms too. Oh and those of you taking Ancient Runes for an elective, look to your right, follow the hall and through the wall, tap the two bricks that are smaller than the rest and then push the one that's chipped off with your wand to enter.

Welcome to the seventh floor of the castle. This is as high as you'll go besides the towers. At this floor you'll find yourself in some unique yet unusual situations and awkward rooms. Headmaster spends a lot of time here, his passageway can also be found on the 2nd Floor as well.

Welcome to the beautiful courtyard. This is a place where you can spend your time relaxing under the sun, doing homework or just having fun just don't get on someone's nerves. This courtyard is also famous for the defeat of Lord Voldemort by Harry Potter during the Battle of Hogwarts on May 2nd, 1998.

A new class that has been allowed at Hogwarts. Here you can learn about dragons and their way of life. Dragonology is a very complicated class and it is hard to train dragons. If dragons are interesting to you than this class is one you'd like.

The Forbidden Forest is a large, dark forest in the boundaries of the school grounds. It is usually referred to simply as "the Forest" and "Dark Forest". It is strictly forbidden to all students, except during Care of Magical Creatures lessons and, on rare occasions, detentions. Do not enter for the Centaurs won't give you mercy no matter your age or size.

This is the beautiful garden. Taken care of by Mr. Filch. Surrounded by beautiful plants, this place would seem very peaceful. Please don't harm the plants in anyway or they'll harm you.

Herbology is the study of magical plants and how to take care of, utilize and combat them. There are at least three greenhouses, holding a variety of magical plants of varying degrees of lethality. Careful to not sneak in, most of these plants don't take fancy in people disturbing their home. You've been warned... oh and have a great term

This is the Black Lake. Home to most merpeople. They can be very aggressive so before you decide to take a dip in the lake, be sure you have safety gear or something. Luckily you won't die quickly if you're close enough to shore. Just in case, make sure someone is around to get help if needed.

One of the least places you'd like to stumble upon. If you're not into dark magic or scary witches or wizards don't ever come down here. Located near Diagon Alley, this place has shops of all sorts of dark arts. Scared, then don't come here!

Welcome to Hogsmeade. This place will be visited by many students from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the school years. You'll find very many places to shop, search and sometimes just hang out at.

Despite being a predominantly Muggle village, it is noted for being home to a magical community like several other villages such as Ottery St. Catchpole and Tinworth. There is a small house around here that only wizards and witches can see.
